he farm was purchased in 1985 by Clas and Gunnel Rinné, who were searching for the perfect place for their children to grow up and thrive. Horses and riding have always been a part of their lives, and Sundsmåla offered opportunities many only dream of. With a passion for rural life and an eye for potential, the farm has grown and evolved into the idyllic place it is today – a space now open to welcome others to their own little dream retreat.
Here, the family aims to create a true feeling of coming home. No forced smiles or stiff formalities – just a place where everyone can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in their own way. This is a space for unwinding, laughter, and joy – a chance to step away from everyday life for a while.
Today, Gunnel and Clas live in the main house, while their sons Jens and Jonas live with their partners in two of the farm’s other houses. The entire family works together to develop and run the farm – from agriculture and equestrian activities to renovation projects and ongoing improvements. All with the shared goal of creating a rural idyll where guests can take a break from everyday life.
